CAMOUFLAGE NETS significantly reduce probability of detection by all the widely used sensors on the modern battlefield. They are intended for use as temporary or semi permanent concealment for various types of tactical equipment and field installations, disabling enemy observation.
Camouflage nets are colored, textured and patterned to correspond with surrounding terrain. Nets are reversible to remain effective during all seasons (spring/summer, autumn/winter). They can be used for general purpose or tailored for specific assignment. Standard nets are rectangular shaped with basic measures in ratio 1:2 (6.0m x 12.0m and 3.0m x 6.0m). Upon request nets can be manufactured in any shape or size. Average weight of finished net is less than 300g/m2. Nets can be easily assembled / disassembled by means of joining elements and set up over the object using net supporting accessory. Material is self- extinguishing, water – resistant, mold-resistant and applicable in temperature range from -30°C to +70°C. Colorimetric values and IR reflectance conform to natural environment. The mat surface has low gloss (max 2/85°). Trimmings provide a three dimensional texture.

Camouflage Net reduces the possibility of detection by visual, electro-optical, IR, and radar devices depending on the net type selected. There are three types of camouflage nets depending upon the desired level of camouflage protection: MD99-A / MD99-C
Type A – provides camouflage protection against reconnaissance in visual and near IR part of EM spectrum.
Type C – provides camouflage protection against reconnaissance in visual, near IR, thermal IR (3 – 5 µm / 8 -14 µm) and radar part of EM spectrum.
