The Field Communication and Information System (FCIS) is a wide range, autonomous system for tactical application. It provides telecommunication and information services and represents a multinational system for carrying out encrypted digital data for command and management of the planned special military operations. The system provides, in time, reliable and correct information necessary for the effective control of the army units. This is achieved by using a sophisticated communication and information technologies at any time, in any type of battlefield operations and under the conditions of use of modern weapons and ECCM. The FCIS components allow its quick deployment, expansion and structural changes in conformity with the respective conditions. The system operates both as an autonomous configuration and in interoperation with other similar mobile military systems during joint exercises, or if necessary, with civilian communication systems. The FCIS is a basic system, which could be built in conformity with the specified technical requirements of the customer, as it could be upgraded in the future. The FCIS is composed of two related subsystems – a communication subsystem and an information subsystem. The communication subsystem provides, in time, highly accurate and hidden transfer, collection, storage, processing and distribution of all types of information for the control of the armed forces and weapons under various conditions and in various regions.
The basic structure of the communication subsystem includes the following:
The HF/VHF radiojammers are designed to create barrage jamming in the enemy tactical control units operating in the 1,5 – 120 MHz frequency band, divided into eight sub-bands. Artillery bearers of the 152/122 mm calibre are used for delivering the jammer into the area to be jammed. The jammers provide reliable suppression of all types of radio communications on fixed or hoping frequencies, independently of the used frequency and the communication methods. Jammers utilization is possible without preliminary radio inteligence.Practice rounds are also produced for artillery units training purposes. When fired, they produce a smoke effect upon landing. The maximum firing range is defined as per the used artillery system type. The HF/VHF radiojammers do not require any maintenance while in store or when employed. There are no restrictions as to the type of vehicle transporting the jammer.

The Mobile Police Station for Surveillance and Guarding is a functional part of an integrated system for surveillance and guarding of border areas and sites related to the national security. The system has been developed in order to satisfy the actual and future requirements of the departments involved in the guarding of particular areas. The Mobile Police Station is designed to fulfill surveillance and guarding tasks and to provide a reliable and correct information necessary for the effective operation of the command posts.
The following equipment is installed in the vehicle:
The listed equipment is installed in a rough-terrain vehicle, as this allows its transportation in a rugged terrain area. During the guarding of the defined area, the Mobile Police Stations are deployed in the guarded area and using the radar and the video system the intruders are detected and identified. The obtained data (voice, digital data and video image) are transmitted to the command post by means of the VHF radio. They are processed there, then the operative actions are planned and organized. The guarding subunits are controlled by means of the established reliable and secure radio communication.
The built system is mobile, reliable and provides a faultless operation at any time and under any weather conditions.
The system allows various options as to the used products. As a manufacturer Samel 90 company could provide any system configuration depending on the requirements of the individual customers.

The device is designed to protect the information contained in the electromagnetic field emitted in the outer space of working microcomputers, printers and other types of electronic and electric typewriters located in administrative buildings, banks, offices, etc. This information could be “caught” remotely by means of receiving radio and television equipment and could be used for the interests of the competitors, intelligence services, etc. The device operates based on the principle of the active information protection, i.e. emission of wide spectrum signals and masking the emitted useful information. It successfully replaces the much more expensive screens, which are used for the same purpose. The Infoprotector complies with the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility during operation. There is possibility for operation with directional and non-directional antennas and switching of the output power level. The device has sound alarm system, which is activated when it does not emit signals with wide spectrum. The device could be used also when there is no 220 V power supply. In this case the device continues operating with 12 V voltage from storage battery.
